  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
  • We currently deliver across all Emirates of the UAE.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to location, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier operations.
Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on All Orders Across the UAE.
There are no hidden delivery charges.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gulfshoply@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. After verification, we will arrange a suitable replacement or provide an appropriate solution.

Out of Stock Items

In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after your order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you and offer one of the following options:
  • A full refund
  • A replacement product (with your approval)
  • Waiting for the item to become available again (if applicable)
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to provide accurate contact information and remain available for delivery confirmation if required. Orders that cannot be confirmed or delivered after multiple attempts may be cancelled.
